These investment visas options permit a foreigner to enter and work within the U.S. in connection with a particular business investment venture. An individual may enter with the intention of remaining on a temporary basis, or seek to acquire U.S. lawful permanent residency (“Green Card” status), and eventually, U.S. citizenship.
